Key Initiatives

• An academic masterplan will be developed and implemented with the addition of an innovative curriculum mapping tool that strengthens and aligns the academic program throughout all divisions.
• A new research-based, comprehensive faculty development program will be implemented to guide faculty toward instructional excellence.

• Connection with the Sacred Heart charism and goals will be strengthened across all constituencies and all aspects of school life, to highlight leadership development, service to others, student-to-student mentorship and social/emotional growth.

• A comprehensive, multi-year advancement plan (encompassing Marketing, Communications, Enrollment, Development) will be created and updated annually.
• School leaders and all constituencies will operate through a spirit of collaboration to advance the Regis mission.
• A marketing and communications plan, including creation of consistent messaging and brand for the school, will be developed.
• A facilities master plan will be developed to fully utilize the Regis campus.

• Identification and evaluation of how Sacred Heart identity is woven into all aspects of school life, including both curricular and co-curricular programming (this work will be ongoing throughout the strategic plan)

Operational Vitality

• Development of comprehensive Enrollment Management Plan
• Development of a clear and defined message about Regis' outcomes
• Development of Facilities Master Plan
• Evaluation of financial planning processes to ensure long-term stability

Governance and Leadership

• Development of a leadership model for Regis that provides clear lines of responsibility and effective operating procedures, including development of restructured internal organizational chart
• The Board of Trustees will continue to provide visionary leadership for Regis (this work will be ongoing throughout the strategic plan)
• Strategic Plan will be monitored and updated by Head of School and Board of Trustees

• Implementation of newly developed Curriculum Map from Year One
• Development of a scoped and sequenced professional development program
• Development of robust co-curricular programming to complement and enhance the academic program at Regis

• Development of distinct programs for faculty, staff, parents and alumni to strengthen connection to Regis' Sacred Heart Mission and Identity

Operational Vitality

• Development of comprehensive, multi-year Advancement Plan
