Applying to Regis

To start the application process, please submit an inquiry first. Once you submit the inquiry form, you will be invited to setup an account on Veracross.

Here, you will find the Regis Admissions Portal, where you can manage your son's application and learn more about The Regis Experience. The Regis Admissions team is here to partner with you throughout the application process, so please contact us with any questions.

Our Admissions Process

Oct. - Dec.

Step 1: Attend a Welcome Wednesday

You must attend one of our Welcome Wednesday events in order to submit an application. Find the day that works best for you.

November 8

Step 2: Join Us for Open House

Open House is another great opportunity to visit campus and chat with Regis faculty/staff and current families. While this is not required in order to submit your application, it is a highly encouraged event.

December 15

Step 3: Part One of Application Due

Here are the items that are included in your part one application submission that is due on December 15. For more detailed information, please view the division-specific checklist section.

 

  1. Online Inquiry Submission
  2. Online Application  
  3. $100 application fee due at time of application
  4. Attend a Welcome Wednesday and Open House

Jan. - Feb.

Step 4: Shadow Visit

All applicants are expected to attend either a small group screening (Pre-K3 through Kindergarten) or shadow visit (First through Eighth Grade). For more detailed information, please view the division-specific checklist section.

January 15

Step 5: Completed Application Deadline

Below are the remaining application components due on January 15.

  • Transcript/Report Card (if applicable)
  • Teacher Recommendation Form(s) (if applicable)
  • Admissions Testing Results
    • WPPSI/WISC for Pre-K4 through Fourth Grade Applicants
    • ISEE for Fifth through Eighth Grade Applicants
  • Birth certificate
  • Immunization record

March 4

Step 6: Decisions Released

Decisions are released on March 4.

Step 7: Common Reply Date

The common reply deadline is March 24.

Application Checklist by Division

When all application components are submitted, the student file is reviewed, and notifications are sent in March. After the January 15, 2027 deadline, you are still welcome to apply.  Your child's application will be considered depending upon space availability.  Please reach out to our admission office to discuss your options.
