Athletics

All students at Regis have the opportunity to participate and grow through involvement in athletics and physical education.

In accordance with Sacred Heart Goal IV , the building of community as a Christian value, and Goal V, personal growth in an atmosphere of wise freedom, the athletic program at Regis encourages fitness and teamwork among all participants.

As part of The Regis Experience, all students engage in a participative and competitive experience that supports and develops boys’ characters.

League Affiliation

Regis is a member of the West Houston Christian Sports Association (WHCSA), the United States of America Rugby Football Union (USARFU) and the Greater Houston Catholic Athletic Association.
