Please fill out this field trip planning form at least two weeks before your trip. If you have any questions about a bus, please contact the appropriate Dean of Students. Blake Alderfer orders buses for Early Childhood and Middle School. Nick Lepera order buses for Lower School. For questions about your permission slip or Magnus access, contact Angela Scott. For questions about your health bag, please contact Mary Christopherson. For questions about lunch please contact Wendy Theron or Elaina Piggott.
