Drop Off

Before 7:30 a.m.

If you arrive before 7:30 a.m., your son will need to go to before school care. Drop off for all grades prior to 7:30 a.m. will be at the Milestones Building. Parents will be invoiced for before school care. Do not drop off your son in the Whispering Pines carpool line before 7:30 a.m. and leave him there alone.

Between 7:30 a.m. - 7:55 a.m.

Early Childhood students and their sibling are dropped off in the Milestones Building carpool line.
Kindergarten through eighth grade students are dropped off in the Whispering Pines carpool line on the west side of the school. This carpool line closes at 7:55 a.m. Do not drop off your son in the Whispering Pines carpool line before 7:30 a.m. and leave him there alone. Students should not exit their vehicles until faculty or staff arrive to open the Whispering Pines gate and begin carpool.

After 7:55 a.m.

Students arriving at 7:55 a.m. or after will need to be dropped off in the Milestones Building carpool line regardless of grade.

After 8:00 a.m.

Students arriving after 8:00 a.m. must have a parent sign them in with the receptionist in the Milestones Building. This means parents will need to park and walk their son(s) in.

Pick Up

Early Childhood - 3:00 p.m.

Pick up for Early Childhood students (3 Pre-K & 4 Pre-K) is in the Milestones Building carpool line starting at 3:00 p.m. If an Early Childhood student has a sibling in Lower or Middle School, he will be escorted to Lower/Middle School carpool and can be picked up there with his sibling.

Lower School - 3:20 p.m.

Pick up for Lower School students (Kindergarten through fourth grade) is in the Whispering Pines carpool line. If a Lower School student has an older sibling, he will wait to be picked up in Middle School carpool with his sibling.

Middle School - 3:30 p.m.

Pick up for Middle School students (fifth through eighth grade) is in the Whispering Pines carpool line. Students remaining at the end of Middle School carpool will be sent to iKids after school care.

Carpool Tips

CARPOOL SIGNS

Each family will receive two (2) copies of color-coded carpool signs. These signs will be distributed either at orientation or on the first day of school. If you need extra copies, please contact the front desk. Place these signs in the front windshield of your car upon entering the carpool line for pick up.

CARPOOL ETIQUETTE

You may not enter the carpool line on Whispering Pines any earlier than your son's pick up time. This ensures a proper flow of traffic.

NO CELL PHONES

The carpool line is a no cell phone zone.

APPROVED PICK UP LIST

It is necessary for parents to email the homeroom teacher if your son is going home with someone other than those on the approved pick up list.

KEEP IT MOVING

Keep the line moving. Carpool line is not a time to ask a faculty member lengthy questions.

CAR SEATS

Boys still in car seats cannot be buckled into the seats by faculty or staff due to liability issues.

LATE PICK UP

If the carpool line has ended before you arrive, your son will go to after school care. Please follow the instructions located in the Whispering Pines Carpool Line for iKids pick up.
