This is the date you want your project (form, flyer, email, etc.) to be "live" for your audience.  Please make sure you submit this request well in advance.* 
 
  • event registration forms - 2 weeks notice required
  • design approval - 1 week
  • graphic design - 4 weeks notice required
  • Magnus - 2 weeks notice
  • publicity - 1-2 weeks notice required
  • photography - 1-2 weeks notice required
  • external communications - 1 week required

All requests will be considered on an individual basis.  We may not be able to accommodate requests that are not submitted within the appropriate timeframe.  The Director of Communications and/or the Website Director may schedule a meeting with you to discuss your request further.

*If this request is a custom and/or new request (i.e. brand new event, first time we have created a form or graphic design for this activity), please add AT LEAST 2 weeks lead time to the above deadlines.
