LIFE AT REGIS

Life At Regis

Life at Regis extends beyond the classroom.

As a Sacred Heart school, building community (Goal IV) is engrained in our mission at Regis. Whether it be at after-school co-curricular activities, social awareness projects out in the Greater Houston community, participating in school traditions, becoming a Student Council leader or volunteering during mass, each student at Regis has the opportunity to learn and lead.

The Regis School of the Sacred Heart develops scholars and gentlemen by cultivating students as learners well beyond the walls of the classroom. Unique events, such as field trips allow the students guided freedom to expand their learning in new and different settings. Student leadership experiences further allow boys to be directly involved in planning and decision making for other students which prepares them for high school and life. There are also a multitude of faith-filled events that students contribute to on a regular basis. The ever-growing co-curricular program provides boys with the chance to participate in after school activities that challenge them physically, mentally, and emotionally. Also in the spirit of Sacred Heart Goal III, a social awareness which impels to action, Regis offers two school service days per year. Regis students continue to have many opportunities throughout the year to engage in activities that enrich their learning and growth.
