Regis Grandparents

Grandparents play an important role in the Regis community.

Throughout the school year, grandparents have the opportunity to engage in all-community events and dedicated grandparent events such as Grandparents' Day. Whether you are near or far, there are opportunities for you to tune-in virtually for masses throughout the school year.  Your support of your grandson's Sacred Heart education plays a critical role in his Regis Experience.

Love the children; do what you can for them and God will do the rest.” Mary Aloysia Hardey, rscj

Grandparents' Day

Each fall, Regis students welcome their grandparents or special guests to campus for an in-person visit. Our Regis Knights look forward to sharing the campus with their beloved grandparents, offering a glimpse into their school lives and classrooms and introducing their teachers and classmates. In addition to touring classrooms, visitors on this special day will join their grandsons in The Miller Family Student Life Center for a special prayer service celebrating the important role grandparents play in their grandson's life.

Dear Regis Grandparents,

As we reflect on our journey with our dear Regis School community, we are filled with immense pride and gratitude for the privilege and blessing of now having our grandsons here. It is truly a blessing to be grandparents and witness the next generation thrive in an environment that nurtures their spiritual, physical, psychological, and academic growth the way Regis does. Being part of the Sacred Heart community and seeing our sons, daughters, and now our grandsons grow within the Sacred Heart education has been one of the greatest blessings of our lives.

For the past 30 years, our connection to Regis has been deeply rooted, first as parents of Regis graduates, Luis ’98 and Roberto ’01, and now as grandparents of boys in Pre-K4, Third Grade, and Fifth Grade. The experiences, life-long friendships, and sense of community we have gained as a family at Regis are invaluable, and we feel incredibly fortunate to be part of a school and community that embodies Sacred Heart values and strong Catholic principles at its core.

The education our grandsons receive at Regis is not just an academic journey; it is an education that deeply enriches and develops every aspect of their lives. It instills virtues that will guide them throughout their journeys as scholars and gentlemen, preparing them to be compassionate, responsible young men who are socially, spiritually, and emotionally equipped to be there for others as they grow.

We believe in the mission of the Sacred Heart and, therefore, Regis’ mission of educating the whole child, which blends rigorous academic preparation with a strong foundation in their faith through the values of the Sacred Heart. This is made possible by the amazing support of our wonderful faculty and staff, who are dedicated to nurturing the minds and hearts of our grandsons.

As grandparents, we have a unique and very special role in supporting this mission. We encourage you to think and reflect on all our blessings as grandparents, and to consider contributing to The Regis Fund: Empowering Scholars & Gentlemen. The Regis Fund plays a vital role in ensuring that our grandsons and future generations continue to have access to the very best resources, opportunities, and experiences. Your gifts not only help with tuition but also support the many activities that make our grandsons’ education so enriching and fulfilling, preparing them to excel in life both academically and morally.

Thank you for being part of this incredible Sacred Heart journey with us. We are grateful for the lifelong friendships, the shared values, and the deep sense of community Regis has provided our family. Together, we can continue to support Regis and enhance the education of our grandsons, ensuring they receive the very best in all aspects of life, guided by solid values and a deep and active faith in God.

By giving today, you are investing in tomorrow’s future. Please join us and make a gift or a pledge to The Regis Fund: Empowering Scholars and Gentlemen.

With heartfelt thanks and best wishes,

Luis and Maggie Gonzalez
